About Us EFFORT (Eco Foundation for Research and Training) was established on 14th November 1996 by a dedicated group of seven like-minded individuals who envisioned a civil society committed to uplifting rural and urban poor communities. Since its inception, EFFORT has been diligently working to create a positive impact through diverse developmental programs, primarily focusing on some Mandals in Khammam, Mahabubabad, and Warangal Districts, Telangana, India. With the capacity to extend its services anywhere in India, EFFORT strives to foster sustainable development, equity, and empowerment.
Our Work
At Eco Foundation for Research and Training (EFFORT), our mission is to create lasting change by empowering communities, particularly those in rural and urban areas of Telangana, India. Since our establishment in 1996, we have been working to uplift the lives of the underprivileged through a variety of developmental programs, each designed to address key issues such as health, education, economic empowerment, and environmental sustainability.
Our work spans across several districts, including Khammam, Mahabubabad, and Warangal, where we engage in a range of initiatives aimed at transforming lives and improving living conditions. We focus on areas that matter most to vulnerable populations, ensuring that our interventions are impactful, inclusive, and sustainable.
Community Empowerment
One of our core focuses is community empowerment. We help communities organize and mobilize, equipping them with the skills and resources necessary to lead their own development. Women and Children

Water and Sanitation

Our water and sanitation programs focus on improving water access, promoting hygiene, and reducing waterborne diseases, helping communities live healthier and safer lives.
Youth Development
